Refund & Cancellation Policy
Playbook Ed – Courses & Conferences
At Playbook Ed, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while ensuring the smooth operation of our programmes.
- Course & Conference Refund Eligibility
- The refund request is submitted at least 14 days before the course or conference start date.
- You have not accessed any substantial course content
- You have not attended any part of the event
- Proof of registration and payment is provided.
- Refund Amounts
- 100% Refund: If cancelled 14 days or more before the start date, 5% Cancelation fee
- 50% Refund: If cancelled 7–13 days before the start date, 15% cancelation fee
- No Refund: If cancelled less than 7 days before the start date, or after the course/conference has begun.
- Non-Refundable Situations
- For no-shows or late attendance.
- If course/conference access has been granted and used.
- If cancellations are made less than 7 days before the event, unless due to a verified emergency
- Cancellations or Changes by Playbook Ed
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a course/conference, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer to a future date or equivalent programme.
We will notify all registered participants as soon as possible
- Transfer of Registration
Participants may request to transfer their registration to another person or future course/conference by:
- Contacting us at least 3 days in advance.
- Providing the full details of the new participant.

- Reason for the refund request
We will process your request within 5 business days, and approved refunds will reflect within 7–10 business days.
